a life changing experience

I had an excellent stay at Andor Hotel. What makes this place stand out is its unique concept, you get the comfort and quality of a hotel while also having the option of hostel-style dorm rooms. It’s a great balance between affordability and a high standard of cleanliness and coziness.
I was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything is. It’s one of the most refined and comfortable places I’ve stayed in Armenia, especially considering the price.
I stayed for two months, and during that time the managers and staff became a big part of the experience. They are incredibly kind, respectful, and always ready to help. Over time, it really started to feel like a small community, even like a family. Leaving after such a long stay is not easy; it truly feels like leaving home.
The atmosphere is also perfect if you need a place to focus and work. There are comfortable spaces indoors, as well as a quiet backyard and a pergola area where you can sit and be productive.
Overall, this place offers a rare combination of comfort, cleanliness, value, and genuinely warm hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Yerevan.

Noisy Hotel

Highly discourage this hotel for those with sensitive sleep or sensory sensitivity. Very bad noise and soundproofing, everyone is constantly clapping and making noise, the hotel staff does not think to monitor the silence so as not to disturb the guests to rest.
Plus, in my room personally, the toilet was dripping all the time and you could hear it. I endured one night, then asked to do something about it, a person came, did something, said that you have to dismantle the whole toilet and he can't help, except to turn off the water at night (of course, I don't have to go to the toilet at night 100%). In the end, I had to endure a second sleepless night, for some reason no one offered another room.
Fortunately, I only stayed two nights, so I just endured, but I will never stay in this hotel again.
There are also little things, but also unpleasant:
- thin blanket and cold room - I ended up freezing, the air conditioning didn't help
- bad, uncomfortable pillow
- the underwear smells sour, apparently because of the chlorine, first it caused skin allergies, second the smell is awfully nasty
There are slippers, there are towels, but there is no bathrobe and it is a problem because there is no drinking water in the room, even though there is a kettle. There is water only on the ground floor in the communal kitchen, and to reach it, you will have to dress again in normal clothes, or you could comfortably in a bathrobe

First time in Yerevan on a stop over, found the hotel randomly as I was looking for a cool modern boutique hotel. Perfect location, about 10 min away from Republic Square and other key amenities of the city. Hotel has a nice little front garden, a co working space. Only issue was that didn't have a lift and with luggage was a bit of challenge pulling it up.

Almost good.

Lived there in August for five days - most of it liked it. The room itself is pleasant, there is everything you need, a spacious balcony and a view of Ararat from it.
On the downside - no cleaning(
In 5 days they asked me to clean it up once - they didn't clean it up, but at least put two more cans of shower gel. Linens and towels do not look fresh, as if they are not washed, but simply rinse with cold water without powder. Since there is no cleaning, even the trash must be taken out yourself to the nearest trash outside the hotel

Stay yerevan

I stayed about 3 days in this hotel in yerevan. Very cute and clean and new. And also close to many points of interest if you want to visit the city on foot. The rooms are nice and spacious and with large terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very affordable price/quality ratio. Quiet location.

Very good location
