Amazing experience

One thing I truly loved about this hotel is how quiet and peaceful it is. The entrance is located behind the building, away from the main road, which makes a huge difference. You don’t hear cars, traffic, or any outside noise at night, so sleeping is very easy and comfortable. I tend to go to bed early, and this quiet atmosphere was perfect for me.
Another thing I really appreciated was how responsive and caring the staff are. Even if they were on a lunch or dinner break, they always replied to my messages very quickly, whether by email or WhatsApp—no matter the time or inconvenience. That level of attention and care means a lot to a guest.
I’m truly grateful for the calm, thoughtful, and supportive experience they provided. It made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Worst It сould possibly be!

A terrible place—stay away from it! The problems started right from the beginning: we couldn’t check in for a long time because the hotel door was simply locked, and no one answered our calls. We had to wait outside with our luggage for two hours, even though we had informed them in advance about our arrival time.
Unfortunately, our “adventures” didn’t end after check-in. The hotel was noisy and quite dirty. We tried to raise our concerns with the owners, but were met with a completely inappropriate and unprofessional response. I truly don’t understand how you can treat your guests this way.
In the end, we decided to leave before the end of our paid stay.
The only advantage is the location, but that is, of course, not enough to choose this hotel

Fraudulent, Shady and Untrustworthy

We stayed at this (hotel !!!) for 5 nights and it was very disappointed.
On the first night, the hotel initially gave us a basement room instead of the one we booked, and later they falsely recorded our stay as only one night (they cancelled our reservation), forcing us to pay extra just to get our reserved room (they gave us a room like the one was in the booking but again it was in the basement, though we requested for higher levels in our booking).
We asked them to give us an "official" receipt for paying the money (because we paid in cash) but they didn't. Then, I myself wrote something and asked them to sign or stamp it, again they refused to do so. They were very dishonest and shady.
In fact, when you're booking, the price you see, is for the basement rooms and they present incorrect information or at least they don't clarify everything.
The hotel advertised as 3-star but it does not meet the standards at all. Basic facilities were missing (no mirror until the last day), there was no proper reception (in fact no one was on the front desk) , check-out was unprofessional (when we called them for checking out, no one came and they just told us to leave the keys on the front desk!), and no official records were kept. All special requests were ignored.
The location is dreadful.
The only positive point: Close to the city center, (15-min walk).
This experience is 100% factual and real.
We never ever recommend this hotel to anyone, don't waste your money and energy.

Crazy house.

I've been to more than 50 countries. But there's never been a time when I've even had a fight with someone. And then I got kicked out of the hotel at night because I politely asked owner Diana not to speak on speakerphone at 12:00 a.m. outside my door! The audibility was maximum and it was impossible to sleep.
There was a reception desk outside my room door and Diana was taking turns calling all her relatives on video calls and chatting loudly with them!
After my request for silence, she caused a real arm-waving and yelling scandal, which ended with the words "that I get out." This is unthinkable! Now it's even fun to remember this madness, but of course one cannot help but tell of such an egregious case so that other tourists know what can expect them in this house.

Confirmed reservation doesn’t mean much!

We arrived at 2:30 am by taxi, after having received several confirmations about arriving at that hour for check-in since we were on an international flight. The building looked abandoned, dark and locked. Luckily the kind taxi driver called the hotel to help us with the check-in, only to be spoken to rudely by the owner saying that they will not check us in and to come back at 10:00 am and hung up the phone. After being literally abandoned on the streets alone with all of our luggage and spending the night in another hotel lobby for 7 hours, we returned at 10:00 to be told room was not ready and to return at 2:00 pm at which point we were told they had overbooked and there was no room for us!
After all of this inconvenience and unprofessionalism, the hotel arranged an air bnb for one night which we had to pay for and had to move to another air bnb the nights after that all at our expense.
