Not worth it! Better choose stay in Gliwice of Zabrze!

First the OK things:
Well, at least the bathroom was clean, water pressure was good and there was an elevator.
Breakfast was also ok, simple but good. I miss only the option to choose a tea taste.
They have also free parking!
Now the bad things:
· 1. I’ve had problem with check-in. I have PL nationality and live already for a years in other EU country. The receptionist don’t accept that and said that with polish documents I need registration in Poland ( wtf?! Welcome back to communism and PRL) and all that in the hotel funded partly from European Union money ( You can find the information in the elevator). I work also in the branche and as a hotel professional i know that is not acceptable and not following the law!
2. Cleanliness in the is weakness point. Chair was looking like somebody piss on it in the past, amount of dust on the TV was higher than the snow outside.
3. Double bed is simple 2 twins pushed together so You just fall in the gap between. They use a blankets in the cover instead of duvet.
4. Strange noise during the night ( like some machinery)
5. 2 glasses in the room but no water. (?)
6. Only 2 hangers in the closet.
7. Payment by card available only till 17(?!)
8. The price was a higher level in compare what You will get in the cities close too Knurow. But for us was only the option stayed there as we had very tight timing those days.
We spend there only one night but it was the last one. Next time I will choose a hotel in Gliwice of Zabrze, even I will every day need to came to Knurow.

Nieprawdziwa informacja odnosnie dostepu do internetu ktory rzekomo ma byc bezplatny, recepconista zaproponowal mi ta usluge ale odplatnie..polozenie hotelu a co z tym zwiazane widoki z okien tez nie powalaja,Doba hotelowa przynajmniej w moim przypadku zaczynala sie o godz 11,00 , ok 10,00 wyszlismy z zona przed hotel na papierosa i tym czasie panienka sprzatajaca pokoje juz zdazyla otworzyc drzwii wejsc do pokoju pomimo tego ze zostawilismy tam wszystkie rzeczy i oficjalnie nie opuscilismy pokoju.. Ostatnia uwaga ale to raczej temat dla Urzedu Skarbowego , w godz nocnych brak mozliwosci zaplaty karta a przy wplacie gotowki recepcjonista nie wydal mi paragonu,,
