Pleasant stay

The hotel is in a perfect location right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by history and within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The staff were polite and professional, although not overly welcoming, which I felt was more of a cultural difference than poor service. Our room was a good size, clean, and comfortable overall. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hotel could use a bit more maintenance and attention to detail. In our room, the curtain had a large hole in it, the flush plate was coming loose, and one of the light switches didn’t work. These are all small issues, but together they stop the hotel from feeling truly five-star. Considering the prices are at a luxury hotel level, I think the property would benefit from putting a little more care and investment back into the rooms and overall upkeep.

Fantastic Location, But Room 305 is Unacceptable

We booked for two nights because the reviews were very good. However, we were disappointed by the lack of maintenance in room 305, where we stayed from September 4th to 6th, 2025.
Despite the fantastic location, a spacious room by European standards, a comfortable large bed, and a decent breakfast, the room itself is in terrible condition.
The air conditioning was broken, and the temperature inside the room was 27°C (81°F). We had to complain to five different people and were told it could only be fixed after our stay. Because of this, they offered us a 15% discount on the amount we paid, which, as of the time of writing this review, has still not been confirmed. The same goes for our initial 100 PLN deposit, which has also not been returned.
The carpet was very dirty with dark and red stains. The shelf in the closet was poorly glued on; it couldn't support the weight and broke. We reported what happened and were then accused of not having reported the initial damage.
The refrigerator doesn't get cold enough, the towel warmer doesn't turn on, and the Wi-Fi signal was too weak to be usable. Furthermore, the old hair dryer overheats and shuts off after a very short time, and the floor of the shower was dangerously slippery.
The staff member, Klaudia, was very rude and indifferent about the air conditioning situation, which was completely different from all the other employees.
We just hope everything gets fixed so future guests don't have the same problems we had during our stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for anyone reading this, NEVER accept room 305.

Lovely one-night stay in a spotless and comfy superior double room. So quiet with the window closed, and breakfast was delicious — even gluten-free bread! Perfect location in Kraków’s old town with easy tram access.

Excellent hotel in perfect location!

Excellent hotel! Spacious, modern room with (well-functioning) air conditioning & mini fridge. Nice clean bathroom. Excellent beds, not bothered by "street noises" despite having a room at the front. Excellent full breakfast except for the bread types, very little choice of bread types. Location is perfect, within 3 minutes walk you are on the main market. From the airport by taxi it is quite a drive (20/25 min) to hotel Elektor, yet only 90 Zlotty.

Hotel in the center close to every Service, friendly and courteous staff, neat and clean structure, good breakfast but with little dessert.
