Highly recommended and the volume flaw should be fixable.

The hotel is perfectly suited for exploring Krakow. It is very clean and cozy. The breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately, the staff behaves much too loudly in the early morning hours, so that sleep was out of the question.

Very cozy

The location is unbeatable, close to the urban area but a bit separated from the busiest zone and next to a park. Very comfortable and convenient. And a really nice small outdoor terrace.

Really enjoyed our time here! Perhaps a harder pillow option and some milk to go with the coffee but otherwise a fantastic stay! Showers was great :)

Very nice hotel

The staff here were great, very helpful and breakfast was good. Despite the fact that we had an upstairs room with small upper windows, it was still very comfortable. The beds were comfy, the was a fridge, and the bathrooms huge and with a big bath. It has character.
It would have been nice to have had a little outside space rather than just a smoking bench at the entrance.
The position in the town was excellent- quiet but 10 minutes walk to the square and 5 to the castle and river.

well but you can improve

Hotel in an excellent position to visit both the old town and the castle.
Big bathroom.
Very clean.
The only flaw is the breakfast, the room turned out small when all the rooms are full, the buffet table is uncomfortable and for those who love dessert the choice is limited.
