A weekend SPA stay for two...lack of impression...

We stayed there Fri-Sun for a typical HB SPA weekend.
The rooms are neat and standard looks.
SPA package dinners tasty and sufficient.
Breakfast mid-range with continous lack of food and cutlery (guests had to ask for refill!!!).
SPA area and treatments recommended. A great pleasure for the body and mind. Although pool water brisk and unwelcome.
Leisure area around the hotel and SPA buildings (mini golf, tennis courts, etc.) unaccessible.
Total facility appraisal: fair.
Would go there again for SPA treatments only.
A suggestion for improvements recommended.

The room-service was very bad. The beds were Not made during the day, the bathroom wasn‘t cleaned, the towels were not change.

Being a smaller quaint hotel it was assumed it would not have the amenities of a chain hotel. I had opted to pay the higher rate when booking to include breakfast, however the front desk tried to charge me.for the breakfast meals. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and I was unable to get a restful nights sleep the whole time I was there. The pillows were also worn out and need replaced. Overall it was an ok hotel, not worth what was paid, however the spa was nice and so was the entire spa and hotel staff

Modern and very newly renovated hotel. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms with airconditioning. Staff friendly and helpfuk. Spa was nice but one other guest decided to have swimmingpractice for his three children in the pool and was disturbing the peace by yelling instructions. Sauna x 2 nice and relaxing! Restaurant good food at reasonable prices!
