Great little hotel.

Lovely hotel. Nice rooms. Great restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend this hotel. Close to the train station but we never had any problem with train noise like other people have mentioned.

Top notch

Stayed here for two nights,and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and friendly ness of the staff. Good value for money. The two evening meals we had were outstanding, especially the steaks we had on the second evening. Will definitely return if we are back in Ruda Slaska at any time.

Avoid

It may be cheap but.....
Hotel adjoins a railway line so, the trains will keep you awake
The whole place smells of cheap cooking fat
No A/C
Restaurant doubles as a child's playpen and the €5 'stereo' competes with the tv racket from the neighbouring bar area.
Food is limited in choice & taste. Salads drown in some sort of foul-tasting dressing.
Beer is tasteless
Negligible soundproofing between rooms & room doors designed to slam as loudly as possible.
Wi-fi incapable of supporting any realistic data transfer.
No redeeming features that I could detect.

Sympatycznie

Razem z rodziną spędziliśmy tu jedną noc.
Czyste pokoje,śniadanie urozmaicone,smaczne,a obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła.
Część pokoi „wychodzi” na tory kolejowe,ale my mieliśmy lokalizację po drugiej stronie. Na recepcji pomocne dziewczyny. Polecam....

Całkiem fajnie.

Pobyt w hotelu mieliśmy bardzo krótki z powodu imprezy na którą się wybraliśmy, tj. ASOT. Także pół nocy byliśmy poza hotelem. Pokój dostaliśmy na 2 piętrze. Niestety w pokoju było bardzo duszno, bo akurat 31.05. był dniem upalnym. Na szczęście w naszym pokoju był wiatraczek. U znajomych w pokoju wiatraczka nie było. Śniadanie dobre, obsługa proponuje jajecznicę i kawę. Dobre świeże pieczywo i wybór past, szybek i serów. Poza tym parking na terenie hotelu blisko wejścia. Jestem zadowolona mimo uciążliwego upału. Dobrą robotę robi obsługa, serdeczna i pomocna.
