Small, cozy hotel, definitely worth recommending in Sopot
Nice place to spend at least few days in Sopot. Comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location, in the center of Sopot. Very good value for money ratio. Definitely recommended!

Very Poor Cleanliness and Misleading Parking Information
Very disappointing experience. We decided not to stay overnight and immediately filed a complaint after seeing the condition of the room.
The cleanliness standard was far below what was presented in the listing. The toilet was not properly cleaned, bedside tables were dusty and had visible cup stains, and the kettle contained heavy limescale buildup. Dust was present on windows, window sills, and other surfaces throughout the room.
The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned for a very long time and there were multiple visible stains. The sofa was also in very poor condition, dirty and heavily stained. The entire room had an unpleasant smell of dust and staleness.
Another major issue was the parking situation. Parking was advertised as included, however access to it was impossible because the access road was under construction. We were not informed about this in advance, despite it being important information for guests arriving by car.

Friends get together
Hi, my friends and I stayed for 3 nights recently. Very good place near to everything , location is good and transport too. On the first night was a little too noisy because of the other guest so we didn't sleep good, but was ok on the next 2 nights. We didn't find the train station on the second day. We took taxi from hotel just only 55 zlotes and when we comes back one of the greedy driver from Galerie just only 9 km away from hotel charged us 150 zlotes we want tp complain but this greedy man just drove us round and we feel cheated by this man. better take public transport like train for only 4 zlotes. We live very early morning and the receptionist have packed the food for us for breakfast while we are waiting for our flights back to Norway. People in the Hotel is very helpful and can communicate well in English. I'm really sure we will be back and stay again in this place.

New little gem
Being a regular visitor to Sopot for the last 10 years thought we would check Villa 21 out, Very pleased with our choice very large rooms with all amenity's included very clean with excellent housekeeping, friendly staff good service, very close to the centre and new rail station so easy to travel Tri city now, No need for taxis from airport new rail link GREAT! Our visit was out of peak season so not packed with tourists like in the summer, Villa 21 is located on a side street just off the main drag so it could get a bit noisy in peak season as the bars/restaurants are open quite late, Not far to stagger after a late night early morning session if your that way inclined been their done that many times in the past, Highly recommend a stay, breakfast included up to 10am will be staying here again in the near future all things being well.

Excellent service, location, nice spacious rooms, highly recommended!
This hotel is located in central area of Sopot, just a few minuted away from popular ''Monciak'' and not far from the sea. Very quiet and convenient spot. Reception staff is very helpful and efficient, I cannot thank them enough! I work in the hotel industry myself and I can easily recognize great customer service, which - I am happy to say - I found in Villa21. Daria and another girl with long hair (I don't have memory to the names so I forgot) were the most helpful people - thank you girls! I required a late check-out which was not a problem. All ladies from reception helped me with every single query. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, everything looks brand new and modern. Rooms are equipped with everything you may need - tea & coffee facility, good quality towels, hair dryer, security box, iron & board and good selection of furniture, desk, nice tall mirror...breakfast is limited but not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this little hotel and will be back next time when in this area.
