Pleasant stay in the Beskids

Recommended quiet mid-range hotel with beautiful views of countryside grade whether Ustron, parking, clean room, excellent Polish cuisine in the restaurant, very nice and courteous staff, pleasant atmosphere

Great stay

Everything was great! Delicious and varied breakfasts with home-made products. Nice, helpful and friendly staff. The SPA zone is very cozy, clean and there is a nice option to rent it exclusively. There is a beautiful view of Czantoria from the balcony:) We will definitely come back here.

We couldn‘t use the hot tube / spa. We were told you had to make an appointment. Also they wanted to charge as again although I had prepaid. Took a little bit to sort that out. Rooms are a little odd, but clean.

Staff very helpful, location excellent. Disappointing to find that most of the hotel was occupied by 35+ unsupervised children on a football trip, making it absolutely unsuitable for couples or families. Also disappointed to not have a mountain view despite booking (and paying for) this, and to have a broken shower.

Świetne miejsce! Byłam z mężem na weekend i jesteśmy pod dużym wrażeniem. Po pierwsze pyszne jedzenie, po drugie bardzo miła obsługa, po trzecie bardzo czysto, no i po czwarte - ten niesamowity widok!!!! Na pewno tutaj wrócimy!
