Rodzinny wypad na weekend.

Pierwsze i najważniejsze- zgodzili się przesunąć rezerwację o 2 tygodnie, mimi że takiej opcji nie było przy rezerwacji.
W recepcji trochę bałagan.
W pokonu wszystko ok. Nie spodziewalem sie salonów przy tej cenie.

Feasible

The apartment was not in very good condition, a bit dirty. We were given a towel each and the beds only had a duvet.
All in all for the price paid we lacked nothing and the location is great.

Good location but bad service

The location was spectacular, is right on the main square and you can see the entire square from the windows.
The apartment itself was big, with space for the 7 people we had booked, but many cutlery and plates were missing. We were 7 people and we had to take turns eating because otherwise, we didn't have cutlery for everyone. In the kitchen, we could also see some bugs that appeared, quite disgusting.
In terms of facilities, we put the washing machine twice, but in addition to not washing the clothes, it was very wet because the spin function did not seem to work.
Finally, the service wasn’t exactly pleasant.

Breslavia bellissima....ma alloggio pessimo

Egregio TripAdvisor e cari viaggiatori vi contattato in merito ad una mia esperienza negativissima .... per avvisare i prossimi viaggiatori che avessero intenzione di prenotare questa struttura.premetto che siamo una famiglia con 3 bambini abbiamo prenotato una struttura in centro di Breslavia.l appartamento fa parte di un complesso di appartamenti chiamato Lucky appartamients old town.il nostro era sito in Rynek 38/6 ossia piazza del mercato Breslavia precisamente 3 piano oltretutto senza ascensore con passeggino... palazzo all interno fatiscente dato ideale perché al centro città avendo bambini..all interno dell appartamento troviamo ricioli di polvere, tappezzeria delle sedie da soggiorno inaccostabili per i bambini quanto fossero lercie sciacquone con pulsante mancante del coperchio ,... Davvero una brutta impressione iniziale..in tarda serata in più ciminciano a fare capolino diversi insetti come piccole blatte, ragni, etc.. è ora di andare a letto e ci accorgiamo che praticamente tutte le strutture dei letti erano crepate quasi da spezzarsi a metà.il giorno dopo provo a chiamare la reception per pretendere la pulizia mai avvenuta prima del nostro arrivo,,e ancora quello dopo ,ho chiamato ed anche il terzo giorno, visto che il nostro soggiorno durava 4 gg loro mi hanno assicurato per 3gg che sarebbero venuti a pulire....ma niente. .inoltre un affaccio in cucina niente male.... centinaia di cicche di sigarette su un tettuccio sito proprio a qualche centimetro da noi.... occhio a questo complesso di appartamenti valutato su alcuni siti 8.8 pessimo

Ps.problemi con il cell nn riesco a pubblicare foto ma crdetemi tutto pessimo.... proverò ad allegare foto domani.....comunque depennate questo gruppo si appartamenti ne sono tanti che fanno tutti capo a lucky appartament old town Breslavia....in bocca a lupo viaggiatori
