The room was clean, and the staff was kind. The thing that attracted me was spa. Facility that I can wash my sweat is important for me. Taking a shower in my room was another point of view. Gubka is near from here, so you can buy some food.

The hotel is up to usual standard one could expect from this group of hotels.
The idea of rewarding customers for not having the bedlinen changed every day of stay is a cute incentive to be eko.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not the Service Expected from Radisson

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not the Service Expected from Radisson
Our stay at the Radisson was extremely disappointing, especially considering the standard of service you would expect from a hotel of this level.
First, the housekeeping was simply not good enough. Our room was never properly cleaned. It seemed that housekeeping would come in, tidy things up, and leave, rather than actually clean the room thoroughly. For a hotel of this standard, proper daily cleaning should be the absolute minimum.
However, what happened on the day of checkout was even more frustrating.
We were travelling with our one-year-old baby. Throughout our stay, we would go downstairs in the morning to the breakfast area, have a coffee while our baby ate some scrambled eggs, and then return to our room. Since we ourselves had not actually eaten breakfast, we would later order breakfast through room service. We did this during our stay without anyone telling us there was a problem.
Then, suddenly, on the day of checkout, we did exactly the same thing: we went downstairs, had coffee, our one-year-old ate some scrambled eggs, and we returned to the room. When we tried to order breakfast to the room, we were told that we would have to PAY for it because we had already “been to breakfast.”
This was completely unreasonable. Simply entering the breakfast area and drinking coffee while feeding our baby was apparently considered our breakfast, even though we had not eaten breakfast ourselves. What made the situation even worse was that we had followed exactly the same routine on previous days and nobody had ever told us that this was against hotel policy or that room-service breakfast would then be charged separately.
If this is genuinely the hotel’s policy, it should have been clearly explained to us from the beginning of our stay—not suddenly enforced on the morning we were checking out.
We were travelling with a one-year-old, and sometimes parents need flexibility. We weren’t trying to get two breakfasts or take advantage of anything. We simply had coffee while feeding our baby and then wanted to have our own breakfast in the room.
The combination of poor housekeeping and the way this situation was handled left us with a very negative final impression of the hotel. Unfortunately, instead of leaving feeling that we had received the level of hospitality expected from Radisson, we left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
For a hotel carrying the Radisson name, we expected far better service, clearer communication, and much more understanding toward a family travelling with a baby.

Comfy hotel with all the facilities you could need

We stayed in a premium delux mountain view room on the 4th floor .Room was spacious had both both and shower very clean with a large comfortabke bed , fridge in room ,Pkenty of towels and robes .liked that you get a small gift if you do not want your room servicing that day .Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice , but was chaotic due to the volume of guests and sone of the younger end of guests zipping backwards and forwards .There needs to have milk pkaced near tea naking facilities as there is no where to put your cups down near the milk station for you to add milk to tea ( as Zakopane is getting more popular with british travellers who like a splash of milk in their tea ) We had a buffet evening meal one night unfortunately i can nit recommend this as it was pricey and as dishes emptied tgey were no replemished so not value for money and left with little choice ,The pool was very welcome after a day out and about good clean facilities with nice staff ( would be even better if you have a lane roped off for swimming as you can be swimming and gave a child land on your head from them bombing into the pool( having had kids of my own i know this is what kids do .The conciege was nice and helpful and i felt sorry for the reception staff as some guests were giving them a hard time and being very rude ,Tge staff were very professional .On the whole the hotel is a good quality hotel with all you beed for your stay .Slight walk up a hill about a 10 to 15 minute stroll to Zakopane main street .About a 3minute stroll to Zakooane termy .We stayed 7nights from the end of july and early August 2026 .Please try to gave more info in English as i am sure more englush speakers will ve heading to Zakopane , and it does gelp .

The main issue is the cleaning . They never cleaned the floor , or the coffee and water cups and glasses . They only organized the bed … not cleaning at all . This is really unfortunate since the staff is very nice and pleasant, but after 2 nights it wasn’t nice to be in the room …
In our kids room there was a gum on the floor before we came and nobody cleaned it all the period
