The staff both days were superb. Location is perfect for walking to all the sights. Good hotel for the price just know it is a little dated. Small and personal service.

Grsat location a very quick easy walk to the very centre of the city where everything is. Plenty of shops and restaurants ect nearby. Free parkjng a close walk away and pay parking even closer.

A very conveniently located hotel, just a short walk from the centre of Bruges. We didn't use the street parking, which we were told was a short walk away, as the hotel did offer one garage space, which was available, which we chose to pay for. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Price/quality in Christmas period skewed.

Due to the Christmas market booked this hotel in Bruges for 2 nights. We got room 1 on the ground floor. Spacious room two beds next to each other, separate toilet and bathroom with shower opportunity. Clean, well it could all just. Here and there a bit dusty and the bowl of the toilet was certainly not clean (brown!) this was a minus. Breakfast was what it should be, as far as we are concerned sufficient choice. Because of the Christmas market etc. you pay the main price in Bruges during this time, also here. The price / quality ratio is then totally skewed! (nice reception!)
