Ok place airport shuttle useful but the major construction around the airport slows the transfer time so go on early bus

I don’t know if it is a hotels.com issue or the hotel issue. The description is stating 24/7 shuttle while the reality is that shuttle stop around 23:00. This is misleading and frustrating. I was in transit with few hours to sleep. I selected this hotel because it was close to the airport with shuttle. Knowing that there was no shuttle at my arrival time, i would have probably booked something else or arrange for the transport and not wasted time when i inly have few hours to sleep.
I asked the question about the airport transfer in the morning and never got any answer.

Extremely disappointing stay - Special requests ignored

We specifically requested a single large double bed for our stay and informed the hotel that we were celebrating our recent engagement. Unfortunately, our requests were completely ignored. They gave us two single beds joined together and there was absolutely no acknowledgment of our special occasion. Very poor service and a huge disappointment for a memorable trip

I was just there for three nights, I was comfortable for what I needed, 10 minute walk to Diegem station, no shops or anything other than hotels which was fine. The first night I arrived I was given my room key and I opened the door and it was either someone’s room or the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Immediately given another room and the rest was fine. Friendly helpful staff.

Nice and clean unit, be it a bit small.
Good breakfast and free shuttle service to the airport
Downside to this hotel is the 24 euro charge for overnight parking,
