To make things worse, they still deducted money from my account. When I called them to check, they claimed they couldn’t even find my booking in their system. How convenient.
I went there in person to sort it out, and instead of helping, they kept making excuses. They said the manager wasn’t available and told me to email again. The receptionist kept repeating, “I’m just a receptionist,” and refused to take any responsibility. It felt like they were deliberately trying to avoid giving my money back.
This place is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and feels like a full-on fraud. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to lose your money and deal with zero accountability.

Please avoid this hotel. Requested for a free cancellation but no respond at all. When personally visited the hotel, the receptionist told me that they do not have money to give and the owner is out of country. Asked me to leave my email address so that he can get in touch with me. Same again, no response. Also, their email address occasionally sends error messages. Also, the entry door is always locked. Need to ring the number on the door to speak with someone.

From December 26 to December 28, the hotel did not respond to any of my messages. On December 28, they charged money from my card but did not provide any booking reference number or any confirmation at all.
They did not reply to my messages until I asked them to refund my money, because I had already booked another hotel.
They are refusing to return the money and are no longer responding to my messages.
Avoid this place. Do not deal with it if you do not want to lose your money and time.
