Great service at the check-in, nice room with great air condition.

Badly Rated Hotel

We went in family to spend an extended weekend and chose this hotel. Worst decision we've made. Hotel rated with 4* but will be a 3* hotel at best.
Simple rooms with horrible mattress and that in nothing correspond to the photographs. Breakfast of the most basic there is (I had never seen hotels without croissants). ants walking freely over the months of the restaurant. Pool without conditions to circulate around it due to the poor condition of the floor (neither sand nor grass. It was really mud)
The thermas are not in the hotel. You still have to walk about 150m and most of the water jets, were stuck not providing what they promise. Common room with a tiny TV.
Prices for drinks are ok. The attention and sympathy of most employees was what made the experience unpleasant. 3/4 staff for all the hotel functions that were tireless and I lost the account of the times they used the word apology.
It's not a bad hotel. Just the price they practice based on the rating they have does not justify absolutely anything.
I have no doubt that the classification is wrong.

Lousy.

It's not a 4-star hotel at all, at most it would give you 2.
All super sloppy, rooms with spider webs and many bugs. The bathroom with a curtain that gives zero hygiene.
They have a fridge in the room completely empty bone that no minibar.. don't leave a simple complimentary bottle of water.
The lousy breakfast, not a minimum of quality the cakes were past as well as the pancakes which was the unsweet thing they had.
Apart from that the rather unpleasant staff give a bad image are all the time grouped at reception talking to each other.
For the rest location close to the center and a good walk but would not recommend this hotel at all

Notice

Notice: if you are staying in the hotel, the entrance fees to the thermal baths are cheaper. I'm talking about it because the hotel won't say it.
Small pillows, cold, old bathrooms. 4 stars doesn't have them.
Over the Baths, they charge a lot for the entrance since it is a small pool, very deteriorated everything, the jets do not work well.
