What a find

What a find. This hotel was fab from start to finish. Firstly very small so felt personal. The hotel is very old but has been renovated to a high standard. It was spotlessly clean as was our room.
Check in was very easy and the receptionist was so helpful and friendly ( he also does most other duties as well lol).
Our room was amazing. It was very roomy and the bed was super huge. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was great - no problem with water pressure or temperature.
There was a mini bar with lots to choose from and very reasonably priced. The only draw back was lack of storage space for clothes but we made it work.
The view from our room was amazing. The river, beautiful gardens and Porto.
The breakfast was served in the orangery. There was loads to choose from and eggs and bacon were cooked fresh for you if you wanted them.
The coffee machine was great and was available all day if you wanted to sit in the beautiful gardens and take in the view.
We felt nothing was too much trouble and we were a valued guest and not someone just passing.
Although a little out the way it was only a €5 uber ride to anywhere. But everywhere was still walkable so we walked there and got an uber back. But being a bit further out meant it was so quiet so we had great nights sleep.
When we come back to Porto we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful beautiful stay in uniquely beautiful location!

What a wonderful place this is to stay! The owner and staff are very friendly, sweet and welcoming!!! We enjoyed the view during the plane race... Place to remember and definitely come back for it!

Wonderful Hotel

When you first visit Casa Camelia …you think this can’t be the Hotel you saw in the photo ….then you step inside ….absolutely beautiful….wonderful little sanctuary…relaxing and peaceful…. The staff are so friendly and helpful ….our room was perfect and spotlessly clean ….it is on a bit of a steep hill but Ubers are cheap so no problem…highly recommend

This is a unique property near the centre of Porto. With an amazing garden and if you book it in time parking at extra cost. I will definitely come back and stay here again next time I’m passing this way. Five stars out of five thoroughly recommend.

Our stay here was AMAZING. The hotel is beautiful! The garden and views of Porto are spectacular. Great location! We had a lovely breakfast in the large outdoor glassed gazebo. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel!
