Hotel muito acolhedor, com pessoal com um grande profissionalismo e simpatia. Instalações super limpas e acolhedoras. Com limitações próprias do momento que passamos devido a pandemia ( falta do pequeno almoço)

FRACA QUALITY HOTEL PRICE OF ****

The room smelled a lot of mold.
The toilet was very small and unfunctional.
The shower compartment was difficult to access, the shower worked poorly and there was some rust and limestone accumulated.
There was no garbage container in the room and so little air conditioning, there being only one Mood air circulation fan.
Contrary to what was informed at the time of the reservation, the kitchen was out of Service, which did not allow us to refresh or freeze drinks or other, as we expected.
We were asked at the check-in for an immediate deposit, which was only returned to us 5 days after check-out, which I find unacceptable.
Despite everything, the staff were always very friendly and available.
The price practiced is very high for the poor quality presented.

Uncomfortable, Loud, and Overall horrible

To begin, the rooms are very small and the furniture (dressers, tables, headboard) take up a lot of the space that is already non existent. There is no heat or AC for the rooms. The walls are paper thin and you can constantly hear people in other rooms which is even worse and louder if they have their TV turned on.
The bathroom is a nightmare, the toilet flushes maybe once every few hours if you are lucky. Water no matter what you do gets all over the floor. When you are showering the water gets blistering hot ever 30 seconds or so briefly and then goes away, this repeats the entire time you are showering.
The beds are so hard and firm you might as well be sleeping on the floor with blankets. The pillows might as well be stuffed with newspaper. Noise is also a huge problem here. Staff are CONSTANTLY slamming doors and equipment almost as if they do not care that there are guests. The hotel staff is rarely ever present. You have to almost be lucky in order to get extra towels / toilet paper when you need it.
Overall a very uncomfortable and poor experience and would not recommend for anyone to stay here.

Hotel was good for the location but the room was very small and no A/C which is terrible in the summer. Very limited breakfast. They have a lot of caged birds which in the morning were having a celebration or a singing contest!! Woke us up at the crack of dawn! Inexperienced front desk people with hardly no English or Spanish

Pitoresco mas com pontos a melhorar

O local é bastante central e com uma decoração muito pitoresca e típica da zona. É muito agradável mas a nossa estadia teve muitos pontos a melhorar. A base de duche estava com ferrugem e a precisar de ser trocada. Apesar da roupa de cama estar bem lavada todo o quarto cheirava a mofo devido ao roupeiro que é impossível utilizar pois o cheiro é extremamente forte. A área de utilização comum para refeições é confortável mas esteve sempre tudo meio fechado e com um ar algo abandonado. O pior mesmo foi a água quente, que só tivemos no primeiro dia, nos restantes foi sempre mais difícil de ter sendo que no último dia nem sequer foi possível utilizar de todo pois nunca aqueceu.
