Hotel in the heart of the city

Small and cozy hotel just in the middle of where you will want to be in Sarajevo. Owners are very nice. The place is quiet and well heated during winter. There is air conditioning too. There are many dining options around the hotel aerea. Wi-Fi worked well in the lobby/breakfast area but not so well in my bedroom but I had a local sim card so I did not ask about it. Price is excellent!

Perfect location

This hotel is located in the best place of Sarajevo, in Bascarsija.. Therefore, I easily reached most places to visit by walking. I stayed here 4 nights.. Breakfast was good. The owner was really friendly and helpful. My room was very clean.

Good hotel, good location

Hotel was really easy to find from Bascarsija tram stop and really handy for Old town.
Room was pretty good size and bathroom was great as well. Breakfast was little basic free and coffee was great.
The people who ran it were really helpful too.

Good location, hotel needs some freshening up

The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately needs renovation. The rooms are not like the pictures on Booking. There is a strong smell of cigarettes at the very entrance to the hotel, as well as in the rooms. Breakfast was served in the area where the reception is. The breakfast is very modest, a little cheese, salami, yogurt... The landlady is helpful, she also prepares something else as desired. All in all very modest. Beds are good, linens were clean. The rooms, the bathroom, are not the cleanest and everything needs a general cleaning. They did not change the towels until we left, nor did they empty the trash can. They also seemed a little disinterested in giving other information about the area.

Great hospitality at perfect location

Don't believe you will find better location in Sarajevo. It is right at the edge of Bascarsija and at the begining of pitoreskue street with small coffe shops, bar, etc. Even supermarket is few steps away. Facility is run by family and they are true representatives of famous Bosnian hospitality. You will be treated like friend or family from the very first contact.
