Good cost/benefit

Hotel with new and cozy rooms. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. With quite large parking that houses all the cars. Well located. Breakfast well served with a variety of food. Breakfast room ample and brm light.

Bad and smelly hotel

. The hotel room smells very awful, it smells like a cigarette when it is impregnated in the room;
. The bed of the first bedroom was super tough to the point that I woke up with my back hurting and asked to change room and the first bedroom was also so dusty and fed that everyone in the family had a rhinitis crisis;
. The second bedroom had the super small double bed, super old facilities and the bad smell was also present in it.
. The hotel blankets are dusty and dusty.
. Median coffee;
. Children's hot pool was with the bottom full of sand;
. The strength of the hotel is the location, it is possible to do a lot of things on foot;
. Hotel staff are extremely friendly;
. I closed the hotel with miles and was wondering if it was worth spending miles on the hotels that Smiles offers. Because this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Pleasant and relaxing accommodation

The hotel is very clean and nice, with a great location, close to the center of the city. Polite and helpful employees. It was possible to check in in advance, in the act are delivered control of TV and air conditioning that should be returned at the checkout but I do not see what the problem of this, since unfortunately theft such as this and items in the frigobar occur.
Comfortable accommodation, bed and shower very good. It also has some cable TV channels (subject to the region signal) and good wi-fi signal.
Renovation was taking place on one of the floors but nothing interfered with the stay, I stayed on the same floor and was not disturbed by noise.
The heated pool was warm, I believe that because it was warm the temperature was kept low, but it did not interfere with the use.
The breakfast although it has a good variety, lacks lactose-free options and some items were dried.
The hotel has its own restaurant with options of servings, dishes at the table and pizza, for those who prefer there is the possibility of renting dishes, cutlery for delivery (I found the high value, could be charged a more symbolic fee).
Outdoor leisure area is large, very beautiful and are offered drinks and tasty portions with affordable values, but the air-conditioned pool was not "functioning" the water was cold, I don't know if it was broken or just wasn't with the "function" disabled.
I know the hotel for many years, I have followed several changes and it has always been a great stay, I definitely intend to come back other times.

Meet the expected, but lack hospitality

My stay at this 3-star hotel in Aguas de Lindóia was, in general, within what is expected for the category. The structure offered meets the basics: rooms of appropriate size, satisfying bathrooms and a limited but functional leisure offer, including games and a swimming pool which, although we did not use, was available. The hotel also has parking, which is always an appreciated convenience. Good location.
However, the climate of distrust on the part of the administration stands out negatively and ends up affecting the hosting experience. The remote control of the TV and air conditioning, for example, should be removed from the reception and returned at the end of the stay, an unusual procedure that gives the Impression that guests are not trustworthy.
In addition, there are warnings in the elevator dissuading guests from ordering dishes and dishes for meals purchased via delivery apps like iFood, suggesting high fees as a way to discourage this practice. The way these rules are presented can generate discomfort as it sends a message that guests are there to be controlled rather than to relax. Lack of sensitivity and touch.
In short, while the physical structure of the hotel meets what is expected of a 3-star establishment, the overly cautious approach and restrictions imposed on guests end up creating an experience that could be much more pleasant if there was an atmosphere of greater trust and hospitality.
