Excelente Hotel Pousada

Atendimento excelente, local tranquilo, muito limpo, aconhegante, fica numa ladeira a qual tanto de carro ou a pé se chega com toda tranquilidade. Rodeado do comércio, perto de tudo, inclusive da Igreja Nhá Chica (que era o nosso ponto de visita).

There's not much choice in town

The hotel is simple, it is no refinement or luxury to deserve 3 stars or more. By the way, this construction was luxurious in the past. Currently the mobs are old and rustic, but preserved.
Potive Points: Location (central area of the city), private parking, clean and organized rooms, TV (open channels only), view of the city.
Negatives:Slow morning coffee by daily price, Bão has accessibility for PCD, does not accept PET, blackout of the room is not good, lack of tourist information at the reception, has no air conditioning.
Other amenities and facilities are in the vicinity of the hotel (restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, etc,)

Péssimo atendimento

Eu liguei hj pra fazer uma reserva pro meu aniversário e fui muito mal atendido,o funcionário desligou na minha cara
Que falta de respeito
Espero que não façam isso com mais ninguém

Bonzinho

Hotel bom. Tem estacionamento. Quarto espaçoso bem limpos. Café da manhã é básico mas atende. Cama confortável mas travesseiros péssimos. Também é muito claro. Tem uma porta de vidro no quarto para a varanda onde a cortina bem fininha não segura nada da claridade (por isso a nota não foi melhor).
Peça quartos lá pros fundos pois quarto na frente é muito barulhento. Os sinos da igreja começam tocar bem cedo e se estiver pensando em dormir até mais tarde, esqueça. 6 da manhã já começa.

Bom custo x benefício

O hotel tem excelente localização (bem central) com amplo estacionamento. Os quartos são bem espaçosos (só pecam pela roupa de cama com aspecto de antiga). Há piscina infantil e adulto (no dia em que fomos a piscina adulto estava suja), além de playground para crianças (tudo isso no 6º andar). Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e solícitos. O valor cobrado pela diária é bem acessível (pagando em dinheiro tem 10% de desconto). O café da manhã é bem farto e gostoso. Ótimo custo x benefício.
