A cozy rest

Both in terms of convenience, reception, service and food the hotel is definitely a note 10 and above it is close to the shopping Del Rey, the stadium of Mineirão and the neighborhood of Pampulha giving so many travel options.

Disappointing justification

I have stayed in this hotel a few times, but this time I felt the need to register a complaint for the justification that was given to me because the internet did not work properly. Since I called the reception several times and not being served, I had to go down to try to solve the problem of the instability of the internet connection. When reporting my problem, the receptionist simply replied that the connection was bad because the hotel was full. From this logic, food should be missing at breakfast because the hotel is also full. In its advertisement, the hotel informs that it provides this service because "the hotel offers a complete structure to meet different guest profiles". In reality, this structure is not able to meet profile of guest like me, who needed to work online. Disappointing.
