Bridal Day

I paid two days, one as a gift for my friend and one for the wedding day. On the wedding day the hotel staff was super patient with the entrance and exit of professionals from our room. I highly recommend to stay on a visit to get to know the city when to hold any event

embarrassment!!!!

I am Gustavo Correia, I stayed in room 013, on the days 16,17,18,19. I came to express my embarrassment in the face of the disability in the prior communication of works in the hotel, I was hoping to be able to work and rest and was surprised by the noise of hammers and electric serrants that did not allow the work much less the rest!!!

Very good hotel with pool area and comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is excellent, renovated hotel with large and beautiful rooms, has an elevator and hot shower, comfortable bed and air conditioning in perfect condition. I recommend the stay

A nightmare.

Disrespect towards guests. The hotel rented the pool space for a party with a live band and loud music until 1 am. The employees gave evasive answers that the party organizer was not following the schedule, but they did nothing. Room full of mosquitoes.

Excellent hotel

Excellent experience. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a very good shower. Although we weren't able to use it (which we regret), there is a really nice pool too. The breakfast, very northeastern, was spectacular, with a lot of variety and the staff were very attentive and polite. Given all this and compared to other hotels we stayed at on our trip, I think the value was very fair and if we return to the city, we will definitely stay again.
