Bad experience with room service

I would like to record my deep dissatisfaction with the gastronomic experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, the food left much to be desired on two occasions in a row:
First night: I ordered the filé mignon with accompaniment, but the rice/risotto was completely raw, making it impossible to consume.
Second night: I ordered a minuta style dish, but the meat was extremely hard and hard to chew.
It is a shame that a hotel of this size offers such a negative kitchen experience. I hope that this feedback will be brought to the management so that the appropriate improvements are made.
