Good hotel, but towels and bathroom, regarding the cleanliness, need to improve.

The hotel is good. Good breakfast.
What I didn't like was the towels, they smelled strange.
The bathroom leaves a bad impression. The box with the rejoints all charged.
They could be more careful with the cleaning.

Poderia ter opções de pedidos de lanches no período que o restaurante está fechado.
O almoço do restaurante estava excelente.

Hotel necessita urgentemente de reforma;
O primeiro quarto que me deram não consegui ficar por conta do mau cheiro;
O segundo quarto estava melhor mas:
Janela não tem trava; Chão estragado, paredes sujas, toalhas velhas, roupa de cama poída e manchada; secador de cabelos queimado.
Não tem vagas suficientes e precisa estacionar na rua, porém hospedagem diz q conta com garagem mas não tem.
Os atendentes são muito atenciosos e tentam ajudar da melhor forma possível dentro das possibilidades;
Passei pelo hotel na hora do almoço e a gerente gritando e destratando os funcionários em alto e bom som, estremamente deselegante.
Sem dúvida a última hospedagem feita por mim nesse hotel.
