Delice of the guesthouse!

The guesthouse is a charm, beautiful, clean, charming, super well taken care of.
We were welcomed by Dê, an amazing person who takes care of the guest with affection, sympathy and professionalism.
The room is very cosy, the breakfast is delicious!!
I thank the owner Claudia for taking care of the hostel so well that guests feel at home.

Excellent experience

We were staying from 6-10/2/25 and we were well received and welcomed by the owner Claudia and her sister De, responsible for the restaurant of the Pousada. Thank God the Pousada has the restaurant, otherwise there is no other place to make the meals.
The guesthouse is beautiful, spacious, nice, well cared for, the cleanliness is excellent. The rooms are well cozy and decorated. At night the silence is perfect for a great night's sleep
The breakfast is good, tasty and with local products, the area where it is offered is very nice and overlooking the garden of the guest house, which by the way is beautiful
The pool is big and was very clean during our stay
The dishes served in the restaurant are all a la carte, delicious, all elaborated by De....and look q we eat varioussss, tropeiro, tutu, angu pastis, meat in can, spaghetti, torresmo and do not fail to taste the sweet milk, is not sweet and produced there pertinho. Even on Sunday 9/2, which was having an event in Cocais and where the only place to make a meal is in the Restaurant of the Cocais Village, they gave account of the message and did not let the little bit fall.....even with those who arrived hungry and wanting to be served at the time...with calm and patience ALL were very well served!

Best Stay in Estrada Real

Pousada Vila Cocais offers the best stay and restaurant in the Estrada Real. In a region with often underwhelming lodging and meals, Vila Cocais is a refreshing break. Rooms are sparse but clean, spacious and comfortable. Service is courteous. Food is excellent. Highly recommended.

Péssimo atendimento e se recuso a carimbar o passaporte real

O estabelecimento está cadastrado na Estrada Real e se recusa a carimbar os passaportes dos viajantes, mesmo obtendo todos os benefícios publicitários e mercadológicos da Estrada Real. Uma pena, não indico nenhum viageiro a se hospedar por aqui, procurem outro local. Muita falta de consideração, até para servir água ou emprestar o Wi-Fiz

Boa estrutura mas atendimento fraco

A pousada tem boas instalações e está num local bem agradável no distrito de Cocais, mas tem um atendimento fraco e não tem capricho nos detalhes de decoração, no café da manhã, bem básico. Está mais voltada para atender aos funcionários das mineradoras da região do que aos turistas nos finais de semana.
