Leave to wish. Too cheap hotel, disconfia.bad bed. Soap/shampoo and bad cond. Hotel bad

I am with my 1 year old daughter; and there was no question of offering a mattress, even if requested by the booking.
sabonete/shampoo/cond tudo liquido.
Moffy room, I'm never coming back. And I don't indicate either.
The location is on the exit, this is the only positive point.

Bad.

The room has mold on the walls and ceiling, which forced me to take anti-allergic medicine. The shower was defective and needed maintenance, and the box door range very high. The bed is excessively soft, and the pillows are orange of mold. The external acoustic insulation is bad due to poorly sealed windows. The lighting is precarious, with poor light and a lamp that doesn't work. In addition, there was a lot of bureaucracy and embarrassment to use the hotel microwave, and the extra pillow I requested took almost an hour to arrive, and it ended up not being delivered since I was tired of waiting and went to take a bath, unable to answer the door. The fridge bar was off, delaying freezing and putting my marmits at risk of spoiling.
Pros: good internal acoustic insulation; proper air conditioning operation; efficient door locking system.

COULD BE BETTER,

Good location, price, reception, delivery service, and parking. There's a banner at the reception saying they're in repairs (which I didn't see being done). The whole building deserved better maintenance. All kind of falling. In the room the bathroom floor was stained, looking dirty, the box very ugly and full of durepox. Wooden panels leaving the wall. Ancient painting with fat spots. Decorative painting falling the pieces. Good breakfast MAS: the service is regrettable. The unwilling face of the boy who was there every day is painful. The closure (10 hours in the morning) was roughly announced. Even having a sister-in-law serving the buffet, hot and cold dishes were taken from her side. Sorry. In the digital menu (QRcode of the reception) appear 3 service locations: but two of them no longer exist. Anyway, reasonable, but it could be better.
