Very good
The truth is that when you see the pictures online it is nothing that is real.The location very good, the neighborhood good, safe, quiet, clean.
The hotel has two buildings one newer and more elegant than the other. The back building was the main building before building the latter, but when you go with a child this has a children's playroom and ping-pong tables. The pieces are large for families of 5 people, even with kitchen.
The piece that touched me in the building up front had a double bed and two more beds, it was beautiful. On the 6th floor a heated pool and hot tubs dreamed of with a wonderful view.
The attention of the staff went over the people too friendly and polite. I must highlight the personal attention given to me by Najun and Armando reception extraordinary. They solved all my problems. I've never been touched by such kind and gentle people.
100% recommend the hotel. You should see the photos of the hotel updated because the above do not reflect what it is now.

A hotel with exemplary service
INGLESES PARK HOTEL - Florianópolis - SC
Structure right in the center of the beach of the English, very convenient due to its excellent location,
Relying on the privilege of direct access to the beach to the sea and the commercial proximity with many and various options,

Fulfills its role
I'd say it's a compliant hotel. I stayed at the old hotel and went to breakfast at the new hotel which is where breakfast is served, then the contrast was noticeable.
The corridors of the old hotel have a strange smell of chlorine mixed with the water of the toilet, I assume for lack of ventilation in the floors. The cleanliness is basic, when we arrived our piece did not have the bathroom toilet done and I had to ask 3 times to do it.
On the stairs I saw some yerba mate for 5 days straight.
We requested part change because the wifi or refrigerator was not working. If you think about going to rest there is a rooster that starts crowning at 4 in the morning, next to the hotel. It is quite unpleasant and mars the experience although you understand it is none of the hotel's business.
The people they serve are very friendly. The breakfast is very rich and varied, I was grateful for having gluten-free options. The best thing about the hotel is its breakfast.

Very good, excellent option
The hotel has 02 apartment blocks, 01 newly opened and another older one.
I stayed in room 109 of the oldest block, a family room, and that's the one I'm going to rate.
Excellent room, spacious, 02 closets for clothes, very clean, no smell, good bed and shower also very good.
A huge fridge bar, microwave, 02 sofas in the room, finally room served much more than we expected.
Regarding the hotel, also note 10, breakfast served in the new block, next door, with many options and no day was crowded, always with tables at disposal and very quick replacement.
Easy access to Praia dos Ingleses (a 2-minute walk through the background), very good pool, perfect location, is practically within the Central English, where everything is and everything happens.
Finally, I recommend the Hotel for everyone who wants comfort, access to the beach and great location in the English Quarter.
