Great cost-benefit

The location, structure and food of the restaurant are very good. Reception staff is attentive and Ana of the restaurant was cute with us, giving all the tips of the region. We made the Reservation by booking and it was an excellent cost-effective.

Place for people without demands, only worth the view, if standing facing the sea.

Taking care of the reception and location, only disappointment. Bad room, with broken floor, air conditioning leaking (even after maintenance), window with broken lock, bathroom with shock shock, with loose box rallye and cutting our feet, uncomfortable bed to the extreme, inner room space worse than guest house for single, bedroom lamp (which was burned and we found the reason for the worst shape: there is no switch to turn off), bedroom ceiling and bathroom with holes and leak mark, entrance door locking in the floor...

I never recommend

Bad experience. Dirty hotel and bad care. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Old, soft mattresses. Dirt under the beds and dirty and fallen curtains.
Bathroom window without glass, simply with open hole. I'm a retired man coming down with a rope in the bathroom with my 17-year-old daughter taking a bath. Noise from the slider Saturday afternoon. Hotel took an hour to take arrangements. It deserved a trial for what happened in the bathroom. It's absurd. This hotel was provided by CVC Tourism.

Hotel well located and well clean, but the mattress is very bad, but very bad indeed, there was a hole in the middle, we had to sleep one on each side, otherwise we would be on top of each other, by the middle of the mattress, reasonable breakfast.
But what bothered me the most , was at the check-out , they tried to charge me for drinks that we hadn 't consumed , I said I would not pay , then I had to sign a paper , saying there was no consumption .

Awful.

I stayed in the hotel from June 28 to July 7, 2024.
The hotel is old. While some of the staff may be nice, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Fortaleza. Don’t ask for a view of the beach: a kind of karaoke almost works in front of it from 10pm to 5am with people screaming into their microphones and music flooding the whole neighborhood.
So loud (and simple glazing) that it is impossible to sleep.
2 elevators for 20 floors and do not rely on photos of the pool...
