Poor overall maintenance of facilities. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Could be a beautiful resort, if well maintained inside and out.

Hotel incrivel

Wonderful hotel, incredible service, besides the coffee which is one of the best I have ever seen. It has a view from the room to make us want to stay longer.
There is the bar at night that you can sit down to have a drink and enjoy the night, very well worth spending much more days.

Run away!

Old hotel, poorly maintained, destroyed, with several broken things, both furniture and construction parts, closed indoor pool, dangerous outdoor areas due to lack of maintenance, dirty and cold outdoor pool, musty smell in the room, mold on the ceiling, disgusting bathroom , damaged toilet. Worst hotel I've ever seen. They didn't even ask for the guest declaration required by law to be completed. Furthermore, they allow day use for people of dubious origin. In the pool there were two young men who looked like criminals, they looked like drug sellers and were taking photos of guests and counting money, in addition to drinking alcoholic beverages. Other women who looked like they were at the hotel to look for clients for programs, almost naked, and were still with a small child, drinking alcohol brought in a cooler. We were afraid to stay with our children there. We decided to leave the hotel and continue our journey, as it would be a stopping point to sleep. And they still refused to refund the money for the accommodation.

O hotel tem um charme especial por ser antigo e com uma atmosfera especial, como se viajássemos no tempo! Ele já perdeu o auge de sua glória passada, mas para quem gosta de algo menos convencional como os hoteis modernos todos iguais, vale a pena ficar lá! A vista é linda e deve ser possível passear por trilhas, mas só ficamos uma noite. A lareira é um charme a mais, o café da manhã é ótimo!
