Muito próximo a praia, ótimo visual do farol de santa marta, hotel familiar e aconchegante

Recomendo pois não deixo de visitar quando estou em laguna, ótimo hotel bem localizado na avenida principal muito próximo aos melhores restaurantes e praias. bons quartos e cafe da manha fecham a conta.

In the reception part was very good, lots of attention. Problem in the shower, I got shocked when I called, my luck was to have taken a pair of slippers. Breakfast, reasonable, could improve. Close to the sea, around is nice for walking

Not what they show hotel monte libano

We hired the hotel that offered us apartment we are a family of 5 members, but the stay in the same was BAD I do NOT RECOMMEND, we arrived and the apartment had a plastic table with 3 plastic chairs when we were 5, the cleaning you had to ask and it was every 2 days they did not change your white clothes or take out the accumulated trash, we had breakfast included from 7.30 am to 9.30 am too short the time and early since one is on vacation and should be extended more , since they did not have restaurant in the same, when we went 9 hs did not restock what was missing, lacked staff to cover the places, BEING APARTMENT at least have the basics, a microwave although
be for warming up with guys.
The price of what they charge for the apartment is very expensive is NOT WORTH THAT VALUE for not having basic conditions and amenities compared to we went to pumps and got a fully equipped apartment with everything you need to have.
THE TRUTH IS A SHAME THAT THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE AS IT CORRESPONDS, THEY CHARGE VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH IT.

Dissatisfied. I can't recommend it to anyone

Old furniture, mattress made a hole in the black walls, there is no cable TV but 2 channels. Wif doesn't work, the sockets are all faulty, the minibar doesn't cool, the bathroom is dirty, there are no face towels, the breakfast is terrible. Every day...banana, watermelon, mozzarella bread, ham. Coffee and milk. Box cake. And they charge to heat water. Zero cleaning, it's worse than a roadside inn. Even though I've never been to an inn. I was dissatisfied. !!! I regretted it bitterly.

Precário

Infelizmente o estabelecimento precisa urgente de móveis novos,tudo muito velho e precário...tudo remendado e falhando..as portas da sacada não fecham e quando fecham bate tudo, impossibilitado dormir... wi-fi não funciona direito.. é barato porém não recomendo para ninguém...
