A great place to stay and Leo went the extra mile to help me out, thank you.

Its taken a long-time to get around to writing this review but I want to say that I am truly thankful to Leo. My cell phone was broken and he assisted me in getting a new one. Furthermore, not only are the staff friendly and helpful, the place is really cool and has a nice pool area and chill out spot. It is well located near the centre of Paraty. Leo is also helpful in giving tips and ideas of what to do in Paraty and the surrounding areas. As a testament to my stay, I initially intended staying for 2 nights but ended spending a week in the hostel and Paraty. I definitely recommend Leo's Clan.

Very dirty

The photos on the Internet do not correspond to reality.
I have never seen such a dirty kitchen, stove, refrigerator, cupboards and common bathrooms with terrible cleaning.
I needed to cook and luckily I had camping utensils. It really needs improvements.
I don't recommend it.

A must-stay in Paraty!

Best hostel host I’ve met in years of travelling. Leo was so happy to help with absolutely anything, he even gave us awesome tips for our onward travels to São Paulo and arranged our onward flight for us like it was nothing at all! Very grateful to Leo for providing us with the perfect place to relax after a busy Carnival in Rio, he runs a fabulous hostel with a cosy vibe and an adorable hostel foster pup who will steal your heart! Rooms and bathrooms cleaned daily and beds comfortable with plenty of space in the dorms. Big kitchen and chill out area too. Many thanks for everything Leo- you’re truly one of a kind!

Just awesome!

I stayed here with 3 friends and we all loved it. The owner Leo is a wonderful person, and our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the swimming pool and breakfast always had us smiling. This was our favourite hostel during our 4 week Brazil adventure.

Great location, fun place

Loved the structure of the place, with lots of social space, comfortable and clean 4 dorm room, great location. Breakfast ok. Good kitchen. Small pool in rooftop. The owner is a true backpacker with all good tips and recommendations.
