Nice and beautiful place

We love the Beautiful Stone. Beautiful and pleasant place. Well-kept facilities in a welcoming environment. Staff kind, attentive, but in need of better training. Spectacular restaurant. Delicious meals, honest servings and price compatible with quality and quantity. Unfortunately we did not have luck with the cleaning of the chalet that left to be desired (we understand that it was a case outside the curve).

Poor attention

I like the hotel, but lately has left a lot to be desired , facilities falling to pieces , the last time we arrived in the room we just found feces in the pot , we gave another chance , now to our surprise even the checkin being 14h , we arrived on time and had to wait until 15h because there was no clean room for us to accommodate , sincerely has to improve much, I do not recommend
