Located in Pina, a neighborhood in Recife, HY Beach Flats is near the airport and on the beach. Unpleasant surprise
An unpleasant surprise, with bad cleaning (even nonexistent). They cleaned the room with fridge after we asked!
No big accessibility for wheelchair: first day they put us on the 28th floor! To get out of the ambulance without electricity (as it happened) would be awful!
Restaurant with good food, but we ended up waiting for 2 hours for snacks, because “they were gonna cut the picay”!
Good breakfast, with good staff. Efficient and friendly! Highlight is Noémia, friendly and concerned with customers!

Title: Disappearance of guest tennis inside the hotel and decay in resolution
Complaint: We stayed from day 30/12 me and my daughter on day 03/01 my daughter had q to go away! Her flight would be 03/01 at 3:00 a.m.!
I will report what happened pq I continued in this hotel waiting for my flight!!
My daughter came here with her tennis!! NB New balance, here for being a beach local you hardly use, and tennis was her back to SP.
My daughter and I on 02/01 we left to go to João Pessoa before 23hs we are at the hotel!
Her tennis was under the sink q was the place q she always leaves and qdo we go back and she went to get things where the tennis ????

I asked her to call the front desk and ask if they didn't throw in the trash once q was under the sink!
The person q attended can't help
And then she called URBAn which is a trust management company and left her in silent and gave no return!!
I stayed here for 3 years, and because I was leaving today, I had no return and not a response from the topic!
I ordered the footage that until the final moment there was not!
On the day cleaning right after me and my daughter leave the
Fourth, I knew that 4 singers came in, and that they were in a hurry!! Poraue it was already late
And they forgot a cleaning product inside the bathroom!
I thought with me it might be that they threw the bag in the trash by mistake!!
I called and I got prints of everything
PHOTOS AND AUDIOS
I found total neglect about what happened and act as if nothing had happened. Worse act as if it was no responsibility you leave one belongs in the hotel and disappear
And because of what happened in room changes! Q is there with me now they take the belongings like a butter q I won't even take , put in my room without asking me permission to enter
I'm reporting a tennis pq of 1,500 my daughter lost at the hotel, it's not the material she earned from father's birthday present! And I'm spending on hosting q would buy 3 to 4 for my daughter.
I am disappointed with size and lack of respect for the customer

Do not recommend!
Recommend? NO.
To begin with, let's be clear that it's not a hotel. They're rented suites. There is no room service, that is, forget the cleaning, it does not exist here! Nor is garbage collected if you don't.
I stayed for 2 times. The first, I stayed only 1 day and the room we stayed was quite comfortable. That's why we're back. In the second lodging, where we stayed 6 days, it was where the place really showed up:
- Bad reception and anyone enters the building freely;
- Badly programmed elevators. Although there are 4 elevators, sometimes the delay is large;
- NO CLEANING;
- BARS. I bought an insecticide to try to bypass the situation;
- Pools poorly cared for;
- If there is no cleaning, then there is no change of towels and sheets. I didn't expect them to do it every day, but we stayed almost a week and nothing.
- Expensive breakfast for what it offers;
- I didn't find an ideal environment for family...
However, there are some positive points (I think my assessments are always honest and reflect the reality):
- Comfortable beds;
- Excellent location and very beautiful sea view.
Summary: If you are going to stay for 1 or 2 nights and you are without family you might compensate if the price is very good (but think carefully for the cleaning). If you stay for more days, I do not recommend it (especially if you are with children).

Cleaning service did not happen, there is no way to talk to the reception by the room, the elevators busy all the time with the cleaning staff, so difficult access, nothing done for the New Year for the guests, breakfast cafe without any preparation, all empty replacements from 15 to 30 min. Lack of cleaning of tables

We experienced a power outage at around 2:00 AM, and by the time we checked out at 8:00 AM, the electricity still had not been restored. Although the hotel had a generator, it only powered the elevator and hallway . Without electricity the AC wouldn’t work ,which made it extremely hot and uncomfortable, and no one was able to sleep.
I spoke with the front desk, but they placed the blame entirely on the power company and did not offer any form of compensation or discount. I even mentioned that I would have slept better in my car, but that did not change their response.
Overall, the lack of support and customer care during this situation was disappointing
