Good place to go back
Good location, about 100m from the sea.Aptos wide, well lit and ventilated. Careful collaborators. Breakfast cafe with a good variety of breads and cakes, among others.
It has a swimming pool, solarium with jacuzzi, and garden, playroom and gymnastica, and space for events.

The worse 4 star hotel
March 10, 2025 – Vacation in Natal
My stay at Rede Andrade Comfort in Natal was extremely disappointing and far below what is expected from a hotel that advertises itself as a 4-star property.
First, the customer service is very poor. Most staff members appear unhappy and rarely smile. Simple questions often feel like they turn into an argument instead of receiving helpful assistance. Hospitality should be a priority in a hotel, but that is clearly not the case here.
Another major issue is that the hotel does not offer parking. Guests must park in nearby private lots and pay around $20 extra per day, which is very inconvenient and should be clearly disclosed before booking.
At check-in, they provide only one key card for the room, which is very unusual for hotels today. If you lose the card, they charge R$50 for a replacement.
The room condition is poor. The walls need repainting, some floor tiles are cracked, and the overall appearance is outdated. The bed and sheets feel old and have an unpleasant smell. The air conditioner does not work properly, either barely cooling or blowing too cold without proper control. Even after requesting maintenance, the issue was not fixed.Tv too small
The bathroom is very outdated, with broken tiles, mold, and a door that does not close properly. The hair dryer is extremely old and barely produces airflow. The sink does not drain
The pool area appears poorly maintained, with cracked surfaces and water that did not look clean. The gym was also disappointing.
The breakfast was one of the worst parts of the stay. For a hotel claiming to be four stars, the quality and variety are extremely poor. The same bread every day, very limited fruit options, almost no variety in hot food, and mosquitoes all around the breakfast area.
The biggest problem is the misleading advertising. The photos used to promote the hotel online do not match the real condition of the property.
If you are considering staying at Rede Andrade Comfort because the price seems attractive and you expect a four-star experience, be aware that the reality may be very different and quite disappointing.

Don't take this hotel
My 1st experience at the hotel was great 10 years ago. I thought I'd have the same experience and it wasn't! It was very frustrating! It starts by the door of the bedroom that sticks to the floor to open, the lighting of the bedroom is awful, dark. Almost no sockets, the dryer doesn't work, says it has a safe and doesn't. Even towels my husband had to go pick up, because when we arrived they had not placed, the bathtub tap gets glued to the sink can barely catch the water, if you sit in the toilet, do not close the door. You have to close first and then sit down, if someone comes in and you forget to close, it takes a door. Our room is in front of the pool, but only has a dark curtain. There's no clear you can leave to illuminate

Rede Andrade de Natal hotel 2 stars at most.
A piece of hotel crap, which is called 4 stars, nowhere in the world was I in a hotel that has no shampoo, conditioner, or hairdryer!!! We arrived today, there are three of us and we have two bath towels, I order it from reception and they do not bring it, I call again, it does not attend to me, 4 star hotel and I have to look for the bath towel!! I come from Pipa, in the Pousada Mediterranea had parking, shampoo, conditioning, far better than this Natal crap!! I do not recommend it, very poor staff!! However well located it is, if there is no good care it is crap!!

Good rooms, bad manha coffee, measured eggs with a scent of spoiled in the middle, little variety of fruits, always open late morning coffee.
