Boa localização e café caprichado.
Bom a pousada fica muito bem localizada, sendo bem próxima do centro de Santa Tereza, fica na rua do parque de convenções da cidade onde acontecem os grandes eventos. A pousada é bem confortável e o preço segue na média das outras pousadas da região sendo quarto para casal ou três pessoas girando em torno de 200 a 250 reais a diária. Atendimento muito bom, recepcionista Cortez é educado. Tudo muito limpo e organizado porém simples, nada de luxo. Quartos são grandes e banheiro espaçoso,quarto possui guarda roupas gigante, um pouco desnecessário até. O quarto não possui cofre. Senti falta de um espelho grande, o único espelho é o da bancada do banheiro. A cidade no inverno é bem fria, não me lembro de ter visto um aquecedor na acomodação nem secador de cabelos. Possui TV com os canais básicos. O que impressiona é o café da manhã, bem variado com pães, pão de queijo, bolos, tortas, biscoitos, sucos, iogurte, tudo fresco, não tem nada dormido não. Nao lembro de ter visto garagem também, mas a cidade é pacata e nao me importei do carro dormir na rua. No geral boa nota para a pousada.

Bad location and reception.
We stayed from 21 to 23/06/24. Bad impression of the place. Bathroom with smell of urine transmitting that smell to the room we stayed in. Old bedding and horrible, sinking beds, very, very old. Bad location, far from the center. Places limited in the garage, there are no places for all guests. You need a car to get anywhere in town. At our check out, we were charged R$ 80.00 for an old towel that was dirty of makeup, and the same was not. They're really bad and they can't please the customer. Horrible experience.

Disappointing
We were invited to an event on the weekend of 05/18/2024 and we chose to stay overnight there – much more comfortable.
Very simple guesthouse for the daily price.
There was a huge closet in the room, blocking the entrance. Walls in urgent need of painting due to stains, TV that looked much more like a monitor due to its size, I prefer not to describe the bathroom despite it being clean. Bath towel takes a big hole.
Breakfast with reasonable options, but staff service was very good.
I frequent the region a lot and it was the first and only time I will stay at this guesthouse.
The best thing about the accommodation was at check out, they charged R$50.00 to wash the bath towel, let's face it, it's absurd.
According to them, it's a professional wash (I believe so because the towel had holes) to remove a makeup stain – I think the towel with the holes must be worth less than that.
Yes, the towel was minimally soiled with foundation, something that coconut soap or another product would easily remove.
So if you plan to stay there one day, I suggest you take your towels with you to avoid being extorted.

Cuidado com os eventos que ocorrem na Pousada
A pousada é bem localizada, fácil de encontrar.
Café da manhã honesto.
Quartos simples, roupa de cama e banho bem limpas, apesar de um pouco surradas.
Pelo preço mais em conta que as demais da região, não foi nenhuma decepção.
O grande problema que senti foi que eles alugam a área de festas da pousada para eventos, e no dia da minha estadia teve um aniversário infantil.
A janela do meu quarto ficava em cima do local onde estava acontecendo o evento, e o barulho nos acordou quando a festa começou e ficou incomodando até o momento em que saímos novamente da pousada.
Perguntem sempre se tem evento na pousada quando forem fechar uma reserva!

Roupa de cama velha e colchões terríveis
Fiquei num quarto com duas camas de casal. Os colchões são terríveis (mole, com buracos), a roupa de cama muito velha e o ventilador rodava bem devagar. Fui reclamar com o funcionario e ele disse que não tinha ninguém para fazer manutenção no horario. O café da manhã é bom e estava limpo.
