I lost the desire to go back there after you changed owners.

After changing owners, I realized that the quality has fallen a lot, mainly from the dinchonete of the pool and the lakes, I know well the 2 fishing lakes, our fish are disappearing slowly, one day when I left at 17 hours, I noticed an employee going to play line to capture some, sure something wrong is there, of the rest nice.

Very good service from the stewards fidel.johana and yasel always watching for the needs
Very good service for the reception
And the Batmans very attentive as Ernesto, Rigo and the guys from the avenue bar and the excellence of the Royal restaurant captain.
Finally highly recommended.

You can't use the pools in the cold, only one is air-conditioned but cold
Little activity for adults and when they do is paid as bingo and junina party

Simple hotel, but everything very clean, organized, excellent breakfast.
A welcoming, peaceful place...
The toy library is full of good toys and is super organized and clean.
Good place for fishing, a good big heated pool.

Local extremamente agradável. Boas instalações, quartos simples, mas muito limpos e confortáveis. Comida muito saborosa e variada. Destaque para o café da manhã, com muita variedade de pães, bolos, sucos, frutas, ovos mexidos, salsicha, e até carne moída. Vale uma menção aos proprietários Carlos e Melanie, sempre simpáticos, atenciosos e solícitos fazem o hóspede se sentir em casa.. O funcionário Alanis e monitora Biscoito são sensacionais.
