The araucarias very pertinho!!

We were from 18 to 22 June 25 and we did not know the region. We were delighted with the place. The individualized chalets, with balcony, fireplace in the living room, comfortable bed sofa, a 2nd floor with 2 single beds, white sheets and towels, complete kitchen utensils, comfortable bath and well heated water, good lighting, small emergency light at the top; but it worked because we had 2 falls of light. We got 3 days of rain. Air conditioning in the living room and qto that heat the rooms, hot water in the sink tap of the kitchen that helped a lot. We stayed in Chalé 2, we loved the location and the view. Everything very clean and organized. There is room to make an independent barbecue so that it is with a group or family because there are several chalets. It is very close to the center of Urubici where we made meals and walks. Breakfast is delivered around 8am in a very delicate box, and the service is outsourced. They knock on the door, if you don't answer, they leave at the door. The main gate, we got a control tag for entry and exit. The arrival is by ground road with good structure and is close to the asphalt.

Rest weekend

We were on a weekend at the place where it is quiet, serene and conveying peace to those who want to get out of the city routine. Maybe by my perception missing in the chalets application of mosquito screens and a heating system in the rooms

But favorable for summer.

Very nice place, quiet, quiet.
Clean, organizad, welcoming.
We went a one class and we booked the kiosk to fraternize which is open and unfortunately for this region is even strange.
We couldn't use because had wind and rain, suitable place for summer.

I would always come back and indicate to know

All perfect. One though about the kiosks. None of the two have lateral closure, it gets very cold pq always has wind. But the cabins and the landscape are beautiful.
It has a very beautiful axe with colorful carpets, beautiful lawn and first-class cottage utensils.

Beautiful place, but disappointing.

Beautiful place and comfortable cabins, but the service left much to be desired.
Lack of information and charging items (water and refrigerated water) that seemed to be courtesy, as there were no values. Difficulty getting a replacement of a towel. On the exit, my son ordered a chocolate that they gave on arrival (those of toast, coin type) and denied. Disappointment in that part.
Another thing is that the kiosk is not prepared for cold days, as it is all open, and there is no entertainment for children.

No entanto, quanto aos itens cobrados, não podemos deixar de mencionar que um deles foi um peixe ornamental da área da piscina, que foi atacado de maneira grave e acabou não resistindo. Nossa equipe cuida dos animais com muito carinho e esse acontecimento não deixou apenas um ônus financeiro, mas gerou muita tristeza e impacto no ambiente que criamos com tanto zelo para nossos hóspedes.
