Disappointment!!!!!

I am a customer of many years of Luxury, I stop being in any other motel to be here, pq always liked a lot... More this time, it was different, I never went through the same amount of embarrassment today, I paid for a 12-hour stay, in the suite Splash, still at the reception before entering, I asked the value of the extra hours, and the girl from the evening shift very polite by the way, said that it was 60.00 an hour, I already asked pq my intention was to rest right, without being disturbed.... The next day passing 1 hour a
Overnight, they called me waking up, asking how many more hours I would stay, forcing me to think fast, since I was sleeping!!!!! We had to get up and pay before departure the period of the overnight plus the period of 4 hours my husband said that would stay... I came for the motel to have a rest and I did not have on account of the unprepared employees themselves.... I would like to know if this is the conduct of the motel, since, I paid for it, it was not for free .... What a disappointment!!!

A shit. Motel with the smell of sewage. Come out never again. There's better around there.

O local estava limpo, porém para quem vai pernoitar é bastante barulhento.
O café da manhã é bastante simples.
No final da estadia estava sem energia elétrica e ficou difícil permanecer no local.
