Great stay

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Bansko was extremely pleasant. The room was spacious and very clean, the food – plentiful and extremely tasty, and the SPA center was truly impressive – modern, well-maintained and ideal for complete relaxation.
We would be happy to visit again!

Disgusting.

Look for an alternative, the horror is simple, and here are the simple staff, cleaning, kitchen, kitchen cleaning, so they're really trying. And the administration is just hammering at every turn, there are enough problems, the fund is very tired, even the new sofas, it's impossible to sleep on them, the numbers don't change, in any problem they just turn their backs on you literally and don't make it out. At the same time they want to properly in Bulgarian, we disassemble, we disassemble everything
Yesterday there was no light at all, there is no emergency lighting in the corridors, I injured my leg, and the miracle turned back on me again, for me it's 5 rest in this hotel, definitely the last, I'm extremely disappointed.
Ah, well, that's the number at the construction site where the tiles were cut right under my door today, the conclusions are in.

Terrible Scam Hotel

Horrible, horrible scam hotels. I am a former employee and the people in charge are corrupt and exploit their staff. They force the marketing team to post fake positive reviews and delete negative comments on their social media accounts. 5 stars is a lie. It is a complete scam. And I have stayed there for free several times. The rooms are full of faulty electricity, cockroaches and other malfunctions. I am attaching them below. The owner Doychev is a mafia oligarch who knows nothing about how to run hotels.

Grand Hotel Bansko

An exceptionally pleasant experience at Grand Hotel Bansko! The hotel offers excellent conditions for a relaxing stay – the rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
The SPA area is of a high standard, and the new facilities contribute to a truly relaxing experience. The food is разнообразна and delicious, and the atmosphere is calm and enjoyable.
I would gladly visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality in Bansko!
