Beautiful location but needs updating
The hotel is reasonable. They do not have a restaurant but you can buy breakfast at its sister hotel next door. The room has a fridge so that's helpful. The beach is lovely, with the exception of a concrete carcass of another hotel that was never fully built looming in the distance. For whatever reason, the area has a lot of these half finished buildings littering the landscape. Kind of depressing and post-apocalyptic but I digress.
The beach is lovely, a lot of umbrellas, but at least they made an effort, they are white without the coca-cola or zagorka ads so they aren't too much of an eyesore. The beach is clean and maintained by the Oasis resorts. There are three free zones that weren't overcrowded which was nice. I'm worried that this may not last long. Businesses in Bulgaria love to pepper the beaches around their establishments with loungers and umbrellas to the point where there is literally no place to put down a towel, so it may be different next year, be warned. For now, it wasn't oppressive. The water was lovely, calm in the mornings with more waves in the afternoon. Safe for children. There is an Oasis supermarket nearby if you don't want to drive, but the restaurants are very overpriced for what they offer (24BGN for a cocktail, and 42BGN for a fried calamari appetiser--ridiculous). My suggestion is to go to Tsarevo for more authentic and reasonable fare. Nothing to do with thia hotel, just describing the area.
The hotel overall was decent. The most redeeming part was it's location. Right on the beach. You can fall asleep listening to the waves. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. It's a free for-all gravel lot. By some miracle, we managed to get a spot every evening. However you get the usual aggressive drivers that park however they see fit, even if they block your car.
When we first arrived, we were given a room with a relatively small balcony (the bathroom did not look different from the room we eventually stayed in). After asking to switch to match the pictures of the room we booked on their website, we were given a smaller but much better space with a large terrace on the ground floor. You can see from the picture that the setting was beautiful. Having that terrace made such a difference. The room was clean except for the old bathroom. The staff clean the rooms daily. It had two twin beds and a loveseat that opened into a cot for a child. It was all we needed. The only downside is the bathroom. It's designed as a wet room and water ponds everywhere. You can see from the pictures that it needed a major overhaul and a good scrub to get rid of the grout discoloration. However, the pool is decent and the beach was relatively quiet for August. No loud parties, just families. It was relaxing. Where else can you get a beachfront hotel at a relatively low price? Would I recommend it? Maybe, if you are used to Bulgarian hotel standards. The beach access and view are definitely a selling point.

On the beach
Perfect location, amazing sunrise view from the room, excellent service. My family are going to spend our vacation next summer here again. That place is quiet enouhgt and everyone could rest. Good price for value.
