Very good option.

A very well-located hotel, close to the train station and within reasonable walking distance to the historic area. The rooms are quite comfortable, with good Wi-Fi service. The rooms are very clean, and the attention at the reception and in general is very good. A good option.

Misleading booking information and disappointing customer service

I almost never leave negative reviews, but I believe future guests should be aware of my experience.
Although I did not physically stay at the hotel due to unforeseen health reasons, I believe it is important to share my experience with the booking process and the way my reservation was handled.
I booked two prepaid reservations (a total of three rooms) under a non-refundable rate. I specifically chose this rate because, during the booking process, it displayed the message "Flexible to reschedule if plans change." I understood this to mean that if unforeseen circumstances arose, I would be able to change my travel dates.
Unfortunately, the day before check-in, due to health reasons, our group was unable to travel. I did not ask for a refund—I only requested to move the reservations to different dates.
After waiting for more than 30 hours without any response to my date change request, I contacted the hotel again. I was told by phone that, due to a system issue, they could not approve the change through Booking.com. However, I was assured that they would mark the reservations as "no-show" and manually book the same rooms for the new dates we had already agreed on. A short time later, I received another phone call informing me that the hotel owner had decided not to allow the change after all.
What disappointed me most was not the refusal itself, but the way the rate was presented. It was advertised as "Flexible to reschedule if plans change", yet in practice no flexibility was offered. Had this message not been displayed, I would never have chosen this non-refundable rate.
I was also disappointed by the way this situation was handled. After initially confirming a solution, the hotel reversed its decision shortly afterwards. In my opinion, this was neither professional nor fair to the customer.
Everyone can decide for themselves whether this creates the right expectations. Personally, I was left feeling that the description of the rate was misleading.

Very weak breakfast

Hotel well located and quiet despite being located on a street with plenty of traffic.
The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.
The room is spacious and comfortable.
The less positive note goes to the breakfast that is at the card, and the customer can choose only one of the 7 options. There are various types of eggs, or yogurt with fruit and granola, or croissants, among other things. Despite quality, the amount of food served is obviously insufficient.

Good option for Plovdiv during business trips.

Good place to stay. Clean and tidy. No complaints. Friendly staff. We were in Plovdiv for business, and it was a solid option. The location is close to the city center, there are some good places to park your car. If you’re looking for not-so-expensive place to stay in Plovdiv, consider this.

Correct hotel

Family hotel 25 min far by walk from the city center of Plovdiv. The rooms are just corrects, not as modern as the pictures show, it's a bit more dirty and outdated. It's in front of a big road and the railways. No coffee/tea facilities in the room, no boiler. You can pick up hot water from reception if needed. The breakfast in not buffet, just a few options to choose, but there is fruit, bread, yogurt, eggs, and good coffee and tea. The lady serving the breakfast makes its best to bring what you want. You can park for free in the street next to the hotel.
