Great place !

Nice hotel and great value for money. Location, service and overall conditions are quite satisfying. The nature in the region is amazing. Hotel is warm, cosy and you can enjoy your time there any time of the year.

Nice hotel, not very good service

I was with a group of friends. The hotel is very nice. Pleasant and clean rooms. Beautiful view. Great for family vacation or a short stay with friends. Nevertheless, some things can not be overlooked. And especially in the restaurant. Staff made pathetic attempts to be polite but, alas. They were crusty and bored. Оne of the evening was a great fun. Аlthough all had fun (70% of visitors) the restaurant stopped taking orders for food in 22.30h. At 0:00 they asked for the bill (polite request to go). At dinner you can choose only desserts from the lunch menu. One of the children wanted pancake with chocolate. They refused because it was no on the menu ... is it so hard to make a pancake? Actually it lookes more like a rural pub than a cozy restaurant. Sorry...

Very good for quiet winter vacation

Rooms are very nice, good location near the ski runs in Beklemeto, small and fine hotel with good restaurant. Prices are OK. You can enjoy as well sauna, massages, fitnes, jacuzzi bath. The best Hotel in the area.

Nice place for short stay. (in the sommer) longer in winter :)

We stayed here on a road trip holiday. Was a nice place to stay for 1-2 nights (in the sommer) longer in the winter as this is in the small ski resort of Beklemeto. Restaurant was good, wine fantastic (Bulgarian wine in Bulgaria is stunning) rooms nice and staff were fine. All in all a good stay.
