Excellent family stay
One of our best family holiday. Close to the airport, close to bus to the Varna city center and also to Zlate pisky. Yet, the location is much calmer and with relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel is just on the beach with enough sunbeds for everyone. The pool with two water slides is big enough and just next to the beach bar with all-day drinks and snacks. Our room was located on 2nd floor, so no elevator issues. For a family of 4, the room size is sufficient. I liked the comfy beds and sea view with fresh air and therefore no need for a/c (btw every room has a view of the sea).
The best part is the cuisine. Very good choice of meals, salads, fruit and desserts. Not at all the same every day as was mentioned here previously.
I really recommend this hotel.

Average but amazing view
I chose this hotel to spend 1 May and Easter Holiday for this year.
Location:
The location of the hotel is good, is not far from the small city center, there is an ATM next to the hotel.
Parking:
In front of the hotel there is a parking space for maximum 10-15 cars. We paid around 10 leva/day. Is good to park near the hotel, we saw some cameras next by because the parking is not guarded. If you do not find space near the hotel, they will redirect you to another parking with whom the hotel has agreement.
Room:
We got room 207, on the same floor with the restaurant. First I was upset, thinking that the smell will come into the room but no, it was ok. The room was amazing, front sea view, 2 balconies. It is amazing to sleep in the night and to hear the sound of the waves. The room is big enough, equipped with everything, even bathrobe.
Cleaning:
On this chapter, the hotel is not so well. I was disappointed about the cleaning, when we entered the room it was not very well cleaned, there were stains on the wall, on the carpet. During our stay we did not let the housekeeping too often to come into our room.
Beach:
The beach is large, is amazing, clean but with small stones. In some parts of the sea the entrance is deep, in other is ok.
The staff should step in when they see the clients bring on the beach portable speaker and put lowed bad quality music! It was disturbing for us and we needed to take our things and move to another part just not to hear that music!
The restaurant, bars & food
The restaurant in the first days, when the hotel was not crowd the food was at a very high quality. Not so many choices but tasty. After 3-4 May, when the hotel stared to be full, the option for the food became larger but lower quality.
The beach bar offers just French fries and some meatballs. The ice cream was very good.
The only bar that serves alcoholic drinks is the lobby bar, even if they sell as Ultra All Inclusive, most of the drinks are local ones. Only some gin is international brand, beside this, Bulgarian drinks. The bartender is not making cocktails, he gives you the alcohol in a glass and you need to go and add juice and make yourself a cocktail. This is the first time when I experience this.
For the Easter Celebration I expected more, on the Easter night in the reception there were eggs and sweet bread but for the lunch or dinner nothing special.
Swimming pool & Spa
In the rainy days the indoor pool was so crowded, they said is with mineral water but I doubt that, I smelled a lot of chlorine. We enjoyed the sauna.
Overall, I can recommend this hotel because of its position, right on the beach. The view from the room and the balcony was amazing.

Cool vacation!!!
I am on vacation in this hotel now!And I can't wait to write review.I have been to many hotels in Bulgaria.But here I found all that my soul dreamed of!!!
I want to write right away for those looking for flaws You'd better stay at home!
The virtues on your face!
1.The hotel is located right on the beach!Sunbeds and umbrellas included!
2.The spa is great!I really liked the indoor pool and it has a Jacuzzi.Pleasure is over the roof!)))The saunas went clean and neat, but it's not mine.
3.The food in the restaurant is great!(Breakfast is like everywhere else, you won't stay hungry.)Very delicious sausage!Served just like from childhood!At lunch, soups are mandatory!(For me, this is the main thing.)Today was baked whole trout!Beauty is indescribable!Salads of all kinds.In the evening they give watermelons.(Was in hotels where there were no watermelons at all.)Alcohol of all kinds, I don't want to drink!))).It's a shame that there is no champagne, but this can be relived or replaced with Martinis!)))The ice cream in the packages is great!Fruit, vegetables(and fresh and stewed)different.
4.The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable!The room is clean and everything is needed.(refrigerator, hairdryer, balcony dryer, TV, special table for suitcase(for me it is important)).There are also towels for the beach and spa.There are even 2 Russian channels!.Wi-Fi is available,free and everywhere,even on the beach!
5.The staff speaks great Russian.Everyone is polite and trying to help!
6.The room I have with partial sea view.The sea see and hear constantly!!!
7.The hotel is quiet and peaceful.There is no no noisy disco.
Finally I found my hotel in Bulgaria!!!I would love to come again!!!

Watch out with your payment at the reception
Called for 4 nights and that would be 600 euros. Did not immediately get the full booking on arrival reception because that will come later she said. That was strange. Next morning at reception we were told that this is 1200 euros. Bit strange with prices and not immediately making the booking in order is therefore why. So make sure you pay and get the bill / booking at this hotel otherwise you, like us, have lost double. Booking.com gives prices of Max 200 euros per room for two people. So we would have to pay 150 euros per person but one day later it will be 300 euros per night. Unfortunately, this is apparently how this hotel works. Have also left immediately. 300 euros paid for 1 night. Are now in the Astor Garden Hotel 3 nightsfor 437 euros. 145euros per night Review here is 9.2 against 8.3 of the earlier ones. Understandable to me.

Not a nice holiday. Location top
Unfortunately, it doesn't match what you imagine from the description. The all-inclusive offer is a little better than half board. The food in buffet form is manageable. And mostly cold. The air conditioning doesn't work and we mostly had temperatures around 26 degrees. The cleanliness is poor. When you ask, you don't really get any help. It's just a shame. But the location and the place are great.
