The personnel try to be nice and to explain something but they are not able to solve.
I do not recommend to stay more than 3 days

Never again
We stayed a week in this hotel(4adults and 2 children) firts they gave us a room in which was a massive mold smell, so they gave us a new room after we started complaining… In the first two days the room wastn’t cleaned. The third day when the cleaning women was at our room I accidentaly went back to the room and when she saw me, she started yelling at me, because my 1 yeard old boy unwrapped a toilet paper. So she threw away the toilet paper with my belt in it and with two cards (my girls playing cards). Luckily I was there and I saw it so I could get back from the trash bin which was outside in the garden. Then she continued yelling at me to take back the glasses to the restaurant. It wasn’t written anywhere or said at the bar that we couldn’t go to the room with glasses, so in the other days we took back all the glsses, but I really don’t think this was our duty to do! One morning when we finished swimming in the pool, the shower wasn’t working. And the most stupid situation was when we stayed at dinner in a table and one waitress came there and told us that this table is reserved, and told us the sign is on the table… on the sign was writtem “no smoking” ….
The food was good, and the staff from
the bar was kind but in conclusion we don’t want to go back there ever again!

excellent park but not a 4* hotel - max 3*
The elevator was soooooooo slowly running.
The breakfast was the same all 6 days. Dinner was a buffet type but often there was not enough 4* dishes. The salad bar was ok.
Excellent inner pool but outside pools were not very well cleaned.
There was a public payed parking near the hotel for 5 BGN for 24 hours.

Attention Fraud !!!
We asked for a room near our friends on the third floor. We were told that the hotel is totally busy and the only free room is 202. Having found a bursting bath we did not ask for a transfer due to the occupancy of the hotel and our stay for one night.
We released the room around 10:00 on 02.06.2019.
At 11:35 am I received a call from 00359 882 36 86 91. A woman presented himself as a hotel employee without announcing his name. She said she had received information about a broken bath from the maid, and obviously we are responsible for this. After I denied my damages on our part, I was informed that the hotel would seek its rights in the appropriate order.
I do not think it is my duty to report failures in a seemingly neglected hotel.
Be careful in this old hotel!!!!
