Great service

The staff were excellent, The service was great. Exceeded my expectations. We arrived about 12 am with lots of luggage. It was a gentleman on duty who helped unload the luggage from the van onto his trolley and he delivered these to our room. He did this while we were checking in.

Fantastic weekend stay!

"Fantastic weekend stay! Super fast 2-minute check-in and an incredibly clean, quiet room on the 8th floor with a comfortable bed. Ideal location just a 5-minute walk to the bus station and local cafes. Would definitely recommend!"

Very disappointing experience at Hyatt Regency Dubai Deira.
Unfortunately, our experience with the team at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Initially, it appeared that only one guest was showing on our reservation, and after a lot of back and forth, they eventually located my partner’s details.
We were then told that our All-Inclusive booking didn’t exist because the hotel apparently does not cater for All-Inclusive stays. Our booking was actually Full Board with 1 x soft drinks included per day! yet the team were unable to provide any helpful explanation or support.
The customer service was extremely poor, and we felt completely unsupported. In the end, we decided not to stay at the hotel and had to arrange alternative accommodation ourselves.
It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially after booking and travelling with the expectation that everything had been arranged correctly.
Sadly, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Excellent value for a quick getaway with amazing hotel staff

Great place for a pleasant, and quick staycation that is best-value for your buck. Helpful and friendly hotel staff. Very proximate to important, cultural and historical places of Old Dubai like the Heritage Village, Gold Souk, Shindagha Creek, Al Seef and Port Rashid.

Friendly hotel

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. This is a good option if you are traveling
with children or if you intend to visit the Gold Soak.
