Housekeeping was a mixed experience. Some areas were well maintained, while others could have been cleaner. Overall, the staff were polite, and with a bit more consistency, the service could be even better.

I had a wonderful experience at Vida Emirates Hills. The hotel has a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing.

Excellent service
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient and made it easy to get around.
