We had a great stay! The pool was amazing and the grounds are beautiful. The lady at check in seemed a bit inconvenienced that we were there before check-in time but we just wanted to swim we didn't expect our room to be ready. The only downside is that the bedding feels like you are sleeping on hay, it is so scratchy! Other than that we would definitely recommend the place.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this small Inn after visiting very busy beach in Grand Bend. We had a great dinner at their restaurant and tasting at their winery was an extra bonus. We spend evening watching a sunset at their private beach. Perfection.

This property is very nice but could be even nicer if the grounds were maintained a little better in the Tower area. Just needs to be spruced up a bit with paint on the Tower and staircase

Interesting place to stay. Lovely grounds. Great location. Room was nothing special. Seemed like a simple hotel room. Was hoping for something a bit more charming.

This was a summer meet up/get away for my best friend and I and we really enjoyed our stay. The front staff, restaurant waitress for our breakfasts and night security guard were all very friendly & helpful. Everywhere was very clean and gardens well maintained. Pool was fabulous to float & lounge in for hours! The room had really great water pressure and instant hot water, so great! The location was ideal, we popped out to Grand Bend one evening and also checked out the Hessenland private beach that’s back along the side road, be prepared for the stairs!! But a lovely small bit of beach to relax on, quiet and peaceful.
Now for a few recommendations, please add tea bags to the room, it had kettle and coffee supplies only. It would be great if you could fit a microwave into the rooms as well, since there’s a fridge. And lastly, some kind of towel supply or front desk exchange for pool towels. We used our beach towels and I saw others using the white room towels.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we are likely to make it an annual summer meet up !!
