Clean, Friendly, Great Service!
I had a wonderful experience at the Ramada Lac La Biche while in town visiting family. The hotel is very clean & well stocked. The breakfast is a big hit, especially the fresh waffles. Friendly staff & great service, I'll be back!

Work stay
In area for work for the week and wanted to stay in a more nicer hotel than some of the local motels. A little more pricy but worth it. Very quiet and comfortable stay

Went down for breakfast at 7:30am and there was barely any food to eat. Found 1 piece of bread and a fruit. Wasn't even busy.

Although the front desk has upgraded the room to suit but the smell in the suit is not good but bearable because just one night stay. Funny is the breakfast supplies emptied when arrived at kitchen at 8.30am. Told the kitchen worker who she took one kind of food out at a time by time. The reason to booked the hotel was sweet memory left last year stayed because of all foods are available when arrived in kitchen. Thus, rebook the hotel again this round.

Water slide and Hot tub closed for many months.
Everything with the room was alright except I received a text a couple days before leaving that the water slide and hot tub was down for maintenance. Only to find out once I got there that it has been down for a very long time.(many months). I feel like not having that disclosed on the website is false advertising.

The closure of our pool, waterslide, and hot tub was due to an unexpected water main break that required a full reconstruction of the mechanical room. After the initial repairs, a separate mechanical unit failure occurred, which required custom-fabricated parts that we are currently awaiting for final installation. Unfortunately, this extended the downtime far longer than anticipated.
We regret that this was not communicated as clearly as it should have been prior to your arrival. The pool amenities have been removed from our website and third-party listings, and we appreciate you bringing to our attention that they may still be appearing on some platforms so we can correct that immediately.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication moving forward. We hope to have the facilities fully operational soon and the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
