The hotel was clean, well kept and comfortable. Location on lake was nice. The secret was the amazing Continental breakfast, a buffet in a beautiful room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.
The location is ideal, offering easy access to Knowlton while also providing a beautiful waterfront setting. One of the highlights was the opportunity to enjoy the lake through the many activities available, including kayak, bicycle, and paddleboard rentals. The option to rent a pontoon boat and spend time exploring the water was an especially wonderful touch.
The amenities were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the hot tubs, fire pits, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam, all of which made for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
Whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, or a little of both, this property offered us the perfect balance. If our travels bring us back to the area, we will definitely be returning.

Disappointing return visit to BW Hotel Lac Brome. Poor customer service.

My husband and I stayed at Best Western Hotel Lac Brome from July 12–14 to celebrate my birthday. We had previously stayed at this hotel in October 2025, when it was Hotel Lac Brome, and had a beautiful two-floor suite overlooking the lake. That room was quiet, away from the road, and we enjoyed spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Based on that wonderful experience, we were looking forward to returning.
Unfortunately, this experience was a complete contrast to our previous stay.
When we arrived, the receptionist, Ali, provided only the bare minimum of service. He quickly recited the hotel amenities, handed us our keys, and that was the extent of our welcome.
Our room was on the first floor facing the busy Lakeside Road. The traffic noise was noticeable. The room appeared tired and in need of renovation. It was nothing like the accommodations we had enjoyed during our previous stay.
We returned to Reception to ask whether another room might be available. Rather than checking the reservation system, Ali immediately told us the hotel was full. He made no apparent effort to explore other options to improve our stay. He showed little interest in helping us or making us feel like valued guests.
Even if no rooms were available, taking a moment to check or offering to follow up would have demonstrated professionalism and care.
We left disappointed and because of both the poor customer service and the quality of our assigned room, we will not be returning.

The hotel needs maintenance on the outside. The rooms are large, clean with comfortable beds however the soundproofing is very bad.
