Excellent staff. The cleaning manager for the weekend goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done in a timely manner.
She should be the week day manager in my opinion.

The hotel and room were very clean, despite showing a little age. The staff was very helpful with our special needs for checking in.

The hotel was very nice and clean and got maid service for every day we stayed. The restaurant on premises is not worth anything though

The only positive aspect of the hotel was the bed, which was comfortable and spacious. We were two groups staying in two rooms for four nights.
In one of the rooms, the curtain had blood stains on it. In the other room, there was a pill on the floor from the very first day, and it remained there until the last day. We asked for the room to be cleaned, but I think they simply forgot about it.
The hotel is extremely far from downtown Toronto! Every day, we had to take a taxi to get to the city center, and since there were five of us, we had to book XL or XXL vehicles every time.
The staff were not very friendly. Although they tried to help, it felt like they were doing it out of obligation rather than because they genuinely cared about their job.
The breakfast was extremely poor, with very limited options.
The rooms are also not well soundproofed, and you can hear the airplanes very clearly.

Dissapointed. I sent a message through the hotels.com app asking a question 2 days before we arrived. Never heard back. I requested extra towels and bedding in my booking, did not receive. One staff member cleary told us that we could get change for the laundry machine of needed. The next night when I went to do laundry the front desk man told me that they cannot and never have done that.....?!??!! What? I would have gotten change when we were out
